How To Connect To VPN 360 On iOS

Before troubleshooting, please make sure:

• You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a mobile data network

• Your device is not jailbroken

• A 3rd party app is not interfering with Internet Settings 'For example, a sensitive Firewall or another VPN application.'

• You are running iOS 14 or above

1. Turn VPN 360 Protection ON

   1. Switch Airplane Mode ON and OFF

      1. Reinstall VPN 360 Profile

- In the VPN 360 app, tap Settings > Restore Purchase - In the app, turn Protection ON

1. Connect to a different network (for example, if you were connected to Wi-Fi, try connecting to your mobile data network or another Wi-Fi)

   1. Open VPN 360 > Turn Protection ON
